Legacy Family Court is Dallas County’s newest drug treatment court. The program’s goal is to provide an intensive, collaborative effort to support parents and children who have entered the Department of Families and Protective Services (CPS) system, due to drug or alcohol abuse/addiction. The ultimate goal of the program is successful recovery, rehabilitation, and reunification of parents with their children.
